Unclear EV charging Horizon

hello I have an EV car and a valid blue badge. I was sent a penalty notice from Horizon for failure to pay or validate duration of stay in Tesco Ripon. The signage is very unclear. I parked for less than one hour as confirmed on the charge letter. The photograph clearly shows the charger in my car and a blue badge displayed. No clear indication of the process for charging. Anyone help?

Post redacted pictures of the front and back of the pcn letter, leaving all dates and times showing but no personal or private information, check before you post them

Also try and post unredacted pictures of the signage on that private property

Complain directly and strongly to Tesco in Dundee, as others on here have done, plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum
