PCN issued from our good friends CEL

Hello All

Newbie to the forum so please bear with me.

I am attempting to submit an appeal to the CEL website to fight a PCN issued last month. However the site is asking for my mobile number to be provided and its marked with a red asterisk which usually denotes its a mandatory field to be populated. I am in no way willing to provide this, anyone else come across this and any ideas how to get around it?

I'm mindful that the 28 day time limit is fast approaching but I have been doing lots of research on this company in the meantime and have come across many disturbing stories, many on this site. Have also taken note of lots of the info provided from some of the more experienced forumites which has proved incredibly useful and I am trying to follow all the steps in order.

    Well you could provide a random number - not recommending it but it would solve your immediate problem. I mean - how do they know it's a real number???

    But as I understand it your appeal will be ignored so you may wish to just wait it out til they decide to get to the CCJ stage and save all your evidence for then. Just ensure that you let them know should you move.
