ParkingEye PCN
Nursery car park had issues, so we were instructed to use the car park of an adjacent building (managed by ParkingEye ANPR), and use a QR to register the vehicle every time we park there. One day, we forgot to use the QR code so we received a PCN. The duration of stay was 12 minutes. There are some generic signage in the car park, and the QR code and nursery instructions are obviously not there.
The PCN has the POFA 2012 wording and it arrived within 14 days:
We appealed as the Keeper and provided a letter from the nursery. Unfortunately I don't have the wording of my appeal. Driver was not identified.
I received this response:
What should we do now? Should we re-appeal and strictly use the template wording?
Thank you all!

Follow plan A in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum, which should have been done in the first place, complain about it to the nursery or landowner ASAP and get it cancelled

Just wait for PEye to reply again, of course.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
