I just compared the claim with my defence. I noticed major mistakes about the location and the incidents occurred.
I haven't even spoken to them, as in defence is referring to a complete different single incident in a different city.
What happens now?

DCBL has made their claim a mokery
Any old fool and his dog can knock off fake claims. DCBL has now set the price so be interesting how much they will offer when they send their special discount offer ??
What will DCBL do, carry on with a claim that is clearly inflated with a feeble attempt of double recovery or to save their neck and avoid a spanking in court or DISCONTINUE. I would suggest with the mediation they have pulled their own plug

No. that's not what we said. That costs a whopping fee that you can't get back. No.
Be confident and angry. They disadvantaged YOU by failing to plead 5 incidents, different breaches, locations or specified dates!
Their fault. They have failed to meet the strict requirements of Part 16 and cannot now ambush you with dates, times & various allegations.
In your WS you can use the binding High Court Authority of Liberty Homes that I posted about this month.
You can address this at WS and exhibits stage (a normal next stage, fully expected and explained in the NEWBIES thread post 2). Read up on that.
