Parking charge initial letter did not arrive
I did not receive an initial parking charge request from Apcoa Parking Uk Ltd and so missed the appeal period. Can anyone direct me to the thread which is appropriate for this problem. Also, the only thing that I can think is that I mistyped part of my registration number (I know I paid, I can see it in my bank details). Any advice on this too would be gratefully received. Feeling very shocked at getting a request for £170 out of the blue this morning from Debt Recovery Plus.

Did you not receive the PCN because you hadn't updated your logbook address with the DVLA? Put that right asap, if so.
Otherwise you don't have a problem. You can safely ignore DR Plus and we don't need to see or discuss £170 threatograms. They aren't shocking, they are to be laughed at! No taking the bait.
