Pouring down here too. Due to stop around 11am so I'll hopefully be able to put a wash out on the line then. We shall see!

Long chat with bestie on the phone this morning and now hobnobs in the oven. Not much else going on today.

@TravellingAbuela not morbit at all. I have thoughts about the future now and again too.

Hi everyone,

I'm killing time until I have to leave for the Dr, I filled in one of those non-urgent forms yesterday expecting a phone call at some point and they've sent me an appointment for this morning.

Laura phoned to say that Esben was also unwell, he has tonsillitis, the first bout for over a year, ironically just after Laura told the hospital he no longer needed an appointment to have them out.

Steve isn't golfing today, he looked at the weather and decided against.

Another day of sunshine and showers here but we're promised a mini heatwave this weekend - I hope the weather bods are right.

Nothing out of the ordinary to do today, kitchen floor needs mopping and rubbish to go out for tomorrow's collection. DS is still on the job hunt and has three parcels to post off (Bay of E sales) so he'll pick up some milk on his way back from the PO. My new hanging basket seems to be doing well so far and I'm hoping the second one will be delivered this week. Veggie curry for tea tonight.
