3 Year Old CANCELLED Parking Tickets

I'll give it some time in case another comment comes along but I've created a PDF ready to upload as my defence so long as there isn't anything else I should add. I have time to submit this anyway.

It will be discontinued in the next couple of months (or even sooner). Let us know when that happens so I can include you in the following.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

you cannot upload a PDF to the moneyclaim site. The text needs to be copy-pasted into the relevant field as mentioned in the defence guide.
The court will accept a PDF via email but DON’T email it because CNBC sometimes loses the file which leads to a default judgment that has to be set aside.
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:

As Above, just copy and paste your defence into the start defence box on MCOL, save and submit
No exhibits or evidence or screenshots accompany a defence, all of that extra stuff goes into your future WS plus Exhibits bundle, in a few months time

Personally I would just file your AOS for now. Don't submit the defence.
Email your proof of cancellation to DCB Legal and tell them you will counterclaim unless the claim is discontinued within the next 5 days.
DCB Legal know nothing about the cases they are given to make a claim for. Smart just send them a spreadsheet.
We've seen people counterclaim for £100+ and DCB Legal immediately capitulate and pay up. But you may just prefer to give them 5 days to cancel so you can walk away.4 -
I had emailed DCB Legal using your advice, mentioning that the tickets are cancelled and have been for 2+ years, as well as proof of cancellations.
Received back an acknowledgement that the email was received, and yet no responses so far…

definitely log a defence

That's the plan, I have been sitting on it ready to submit… beginning to wonder if a counterclaim is worth it for all this hassle.

no just log a standard defence

After emailing DCB Legal multiple times regarding this, they still have not cancelled the claim on behalf of Smart Parking.
Therefore, I've submitted my defence today.
I had to cut around the Template defence to stick to the 122 Line count with the paragraph I also added, but I believe it will still read the same.
I will update as this progresses, thank you to everyone who has helped in this process so far, I wouldn't have known what to do without the help you've all added.
