2 CCJ Claims for the same ticket - Help

So I had a claim for a parking ticket, a private land ticket from May 2021. My car was a lease hire and the claim was for £306. Three days later my husband receives a claim in his name for the same ticket and his amount was £267, same company, Smart Parking and same legal team. Then we discover they have registered a CCJ already in Nov of last year for this same ticket. What do we do ? Any advice would be do welcome. I have been on the court site and secured the 28 days to dispute

Sorry, your post is a little confusing. A CCJ is different to a Claim.

Sounds like you and hubby have possibly received a Claim form N1SDT pack from the CNBC in Northampton using MCOL?

But do you actually have a CCJ? How did you discover a CCJ was registered in Nov?

And what court site were you on to secure the 28 days to dispute? Was this to dispute the CCJ or defend the Claim?

None of these three are going to be for the same PCN. The DCB Legal claim forms don't state the PCN ref but they do state the incident dates and locations. Can't be the same ticket?

Your husband's one is about a different car, presumably?

Show us the two POC and claim form dates.

How come a claim was missed in November? Did that claim use an old address? You will need to start a separate thread about the CCJ as the advice differs.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

They are the same car, with the PCN reference at the same location on the same date. But both different amounts, the leasing company gave my husbands name and as they knew I was the main driver they gave my name too. Back in 2021 we were in a different house to where we are now, in fact we have moved twice. The CCJ is a CCJ because I want online to check our records, and they have since (this week) sent another county court claim to me and again to my husband, it makes zero sense.
