Harry Styles tour
I’ve followed Harry for years and seen him with my daughter and Nieces on several occasions with 1D and as a solo artist . His new tour was expensive no denying that but we have tickets to his Wembley show having paid £350 for vip disco package front standing. It is with horror I’ve watched clips from his opening night in Amsterdam and seen the colossal stage set up which fundementally means those with front standing tickets get a non advertised restricted view . This is not what we paid for - how and who should we complain to ahead of the show and if it turns out our view is as restricted in Wembley as in Amsterdam are we entitled to our money back ?

I suspect you would actually have to go to it first, there is no guarantee it would be the exact same setup.

I'd have thought the standing bit at the front is always likely to have restrictions on the view - if the artist is on a stage, they'll probably be above you - especially at large venues like Amsterdam or Wembley... Plus there will possibly be lights and equipment at the front of the stage.
Personally having experienced some fairly "physical" mosh pits /front standing areas in my time, I'm very much a seated areas person these days.

Apparently they are going to review the staging after complaints
