Moorside Legal - NCP - CC3
Hi All,
Received another court claim from HMCTS dated 13/05 and received today 18/05.
The POC has changed from previous issued POC's, should I still use the normal response?

There's a VRM left showing.

Replace the picture after correcting the error
The alleged contravention is pleaded so do the AOS stage first
Then adapt the template defence in announcements

At a station last year, there was no POFA, no keeper liability so you could just click on the username @Meltof
Copy their version of a Smart Parking final defence posted on April 12th and change it to NCP (if it names Smart).
No added facts EXCEPT add that NCP has been in Administration since March, therefore the Claimants are put to strict proof of the Administrator's agreement to this litigation.
Then follow the 8 steps in the Template Defence thread. Easy peasy. Moorside will probably drop it before any hearing.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

With an issue date of 13/05/26 and providing you complete(d) the AoS before or on 01/06/26 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 15/06/26

Check the status of your account on MCOL; if you are lucky, you won't see a default judgment.
