Smart parking issued me a Claim From

Hello!

Smart parking have been sending me demands for a parking fine for 4 years and have now sent me a civil national business centre claim for. I've been on moneyclaim and got an extension. I can't quite remember but think I went into the car park, saw it was expensive and left, they had cameras.

A ai told me to email and ask them for the info on me. Is that the best course of action?

I haven't said who the driver was.

Issue date, 6th May, unauthorised parking

Login to MCOL via your government gateway account and complete the AOS online stage ASAP

Then use the Smart Parking defence template defence by member meltof posted on 12th April in the group thread by member sluzz

Copy and paste into the MCOL defence box, save it, submit
