Parcel Label Mix Up
I bought 2 different items with different prices from same seller. However when seller
posted them got the labels mixed up, which would not have been a problem had they
both been delivered, however one arrived (the cheapest one) but the expensive one is
showing as received. I messaged the seller straightaway on opening the parcel to say
I received the blue(cheap) one but its the pink(expensive) one as marked delivered.
I have waited over 9 days incase it was delivered late but can only assume its gone missing.
How do we fix this?

open a SNAD case for the ‘wrong ‘ one and an INR for the one that doesn’t show as delivered. Probably best way to protect yourself .

If I open a SNAD case for the "wrong" one, will I need to return it as I would still like to keep it, but refunded for the one marked as received- which I have not. I'm getting a bit confused by it all.

Unfortunately doing anything other than suggested is going to confuse matters, common sense does not come into it.

Buyer can refund or request return. There's no other way of sorting this out that doesn't leave either you or the seller exposed.
