Hi All,
A quick update on this case. After the defence has been sent and the N180 form filled and emailed, ParkingEye have now come back with a WITHOUT PREJUDICE (SAVE AS TO COSTS) letter. I was expecting a Mediation call but this never happened.
Of course I refuse to pay any amount but I am unsure how to act at this point. Do I ignore this? They don't suggest to contact them any other way other than paying the imaginary £185.
Thank you!

Ignore it, keep following the 8 steps in the defence template thread in announcements near the top of the forum

I received this in the post, is this correct? I have emailed the DQ N180 form to DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk and have received an auto reply saying they got my email. Have ParkingEye not been informed? What should I do here, please?

Parking Eye is the claimant, so that order applies to them, not you the defendant, ( it says Claimant only. )
Check your MCOL claim history to check that your N180 was logged, ideally copy and paste your MCOL claim history below

Ah, I see. So if PE don't take any action the case gets thrown out? Here's my MCOL history

They will send the N180 now. It'll carry on until they discontinue before the hearing. It's a ParkingEye in-house claim but they rarely bother with court hearings.
