I got valuable advise with regards to challenge / appeal Apcoa Mcr Airport drop off ..

It let me pay the fee but i was few hrs past deadline day after event ..

I got appeal template think this one from chirpy chicken

This is an appeal by the registered keeper - No driver details will be given. Please do not bother with your known fishing expedition in an attempt to get driver details to try and get around the fact there is no keeper liability (and never can be under POFA).

Due to this being airport land you will be well aware there is no keeper liability due to the byelaws in force and the fact this is not relevant land.

As there is no keeper liability then liability cannot flow from the driver to the keeper and thus is an auto win @ POPLA. Please therefore cancel the notice or issue a POPLA code where you will auto withdraw

If you waste your time asking for driver details this will be ignored and you will still lose at POPLA if you dont cancel the PCN

So let's save my time and yours and cancel this PCN you simply cannot win this (and you know it)...

Online i know dont reveal driving but it requires all * parts ti be filked in including the .. "I was -----' when contravention occurred guess that only can be vehicle's keeper entered or should i leave it blank .. then my details & email is required just want to be certain all is filled in correct before submitting ..is this correct proceedure do i need to add anything else to appeal details ..

Try leaving it blank

if that fails, post a screenshot of all the options available

You are appealing as keeper, nothing else

Thankyou for reply I think i can leave it blank not select anything fill in other details name address email on appellant details section ..not sure if appeal process will go through without selecting one .. could try .. also in my original post the is the appeal template right one to use ? just copy paste it appeal details yeh 👍😀..

Sorry for questions and advise only i believe its £100 now and have never appealed challenged before usually just pay them but Not this time as forum as provided 100% sucess rate ..

Superb thankyou will get it submitted and report back with any correspondance and hopefully cancelled PCN .. annoying that it let me pay £5 drop off charge all tho it was few hrs late after deadline yet still recieved PCN ..
