That's disappointing, given all this bog standard stuff is covered in the 8 steps you were following (see the Template Defence thread) and this little form is the only thing to be completed, and every question in the DQ is covered in our advice.

Okayyy listen i clearly needed a kick up the a##, I’ve done the N180 form as per the thread and a lil help from ChatGPT.
    (Thanks for the booost) :)
I think as well what threw me off today was the guy on the phone from DCB legal (when trying to get me to settle) was so arrogant and on his high horse, and just spoke like im something on the back of his shoe, it just made me feel like sh#t tbh and so just wanted this all to be over…so hence the temptation to cave.

I need to know roughly what are the odds/chances with this going to hearing? How many cases do they take further estimately? (Percentage-wise)

It just sucks how this consumes people, or like eats away at them or like coming home from a weekend gettaway to a flipping court letter.

You should not even be speaking to them at all, because that is their job and each employee completes the task dozens of times a day, we could have told you what to expect from them, because you experienced their M.O. , Modus Operandii ( Dont talk to strangers, Curiosity killed the cat, remember ? )

Its probably more likely that Germany will play the Netherlands in the World Cup 2026 final

The government don't publish the figures you asked for, BUT, we have a discontinuation tally thread by member Umkomaas that has over 884 cases and rises daily , so is the best indicator for all of us, especially victims like you

Please Read the last 10 pages, so you get the gist

Amazed OP felt the need to ask that question when it tells you in the NEWBIES and is continually said on numerous threads that DCB LEGAL cases are discontinued before the hearing fee is due, if properly defended and as Gr1pr mentioned above there is evidence of this routine practice in the 884 DCB LEGAL RECORD OF PRIVATE PARKING COURT CLAIM DISCONTINUATIONS.

Your anxiety seems to be affecting your ability to grasp the expected process and advice offered, maybe a read of this new poster's thread will help reduce your anxiety https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6664613/euro-car-parks-and-dcb-legal-discontinuance

Thanks, so basically offer a tenner or zero and say I’d prefer a court hearing?
