I have a notice of Allocation to the Small Hearings Track, and a Transfer of Proceedings, are either of these helpful?

Only as far as knowing what you have to do and the 3 deadlines listed on it
The only other 2 important pieces of paper are the initial NTK PCN letter and the N1SDT claim form
Another important Exhibit might be pictures of the signage and site ( your evidence. )
Phone the court tomorrow and check if they paid the hearing fee , check if the case hearing is going ahead
Prepare your WS + Exhibits bundle and submit it to the court and to the lawyers DCB Legal by the deadline on your NoA letter

No.
What have you done with the actual Claim Form? The first letter with Reply Forms that you defended.
How will you write a WS if you don't know what the claim alleged: date, allegation?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I don't have this on hand, would I be able to retrieve this another way?
I believe the allegation is that the driver did not pay the full fee for the car park - what would my options in this situation be?
I had originally planned to write it just based on evidence that there was no apparent signage, and send videos and pictures of the lack of signage in the car park.

Email DCB LEGAL using their info@ email address and get a copy of your claim form by return email
Start drafting your Witness Statement anyway, plus your Exhibits too

They won't get that from DCB Legal.
Could phone the CNBC and wait an hour!
