Second of 2 in one day! Please could I get some advice
Hi please could I get some advice.
I received this NTK from Horizon for parking at a Tesco's.
Is there anything wrong with the wording on the attached NTK that I could include in my message to them?
Thank you in advance for any help and this wonderful site!
Kind regards,
RK

Complain to Tesco Dundee. They can cancel it.

Did you shop at Tescos on the day?

No.
26th April was a Sunday and that's after hours.
But we don't know that drivers can't use that car park for other local shops. Plenty of Tesco sites aren't merely for Tesco shoppers. And the signs may well offer x hours free parking. Don't know!
Just to add: it never ceases to amaze me that people even seek to use private car parks on Sunday evenings when (even in London and major cities) almost every street bay and every single yellow line is unrestricted!
Park on-street on Sundays & evenings!

What was the maximum stay period. ?

Just got a reply from Tesco customer services saying they can't waive pcn's.
They suggest the time limit on Sunday evenings is 15mins.
I guess I should just pay it then?0 -
Donald is wrong, its neither a fine or a Penalty, its a speculative invoice from a private parking company
He is correct at the end, calling it a parking charge notice
You definitely should NOT pay. !

Obviously you don't pay! But what was the driver thinking, using a car park with ANPR & time limits on a Sunday when the streets are restriction free?
Did the entrance sign mislead them with a large offer of 3 hours?
