We are happy with steps 1-8 and have downloaded and prepared the N180 form.
The claimants N180 states court as 'Civil national buisness centre' have they preempted the N149A form to try to pressure us to settle?
My N180 form is ready to go but slightly unsure about the court. Our post is very slow here sometimes and don't want to miss the required due date. Do I send now with the same court reference as the claimants?

No, login to MCOL via your government gateway account and check your claim history to see if the CNBC have posted your N180 yet, or not, keep checking it weekly until its been posted
Wait until its been posted, ( not arrived. ) then email your completed N180 DQ pdf document to the DQ email address in the 8 steps that you studied in the template defence thread
Use Courtfinder to find your local civil court that you add to the N180
Ignore everything that the opposition have sent you, just ignore them, its irrelevant at this early stage
