Have you informed CPM that you remove any implied rights of access to the space you have exclusive rights over?

You need to get your evidence and paperwork in order because you will receive another ticket at some point. Really you want a court claim from them, unless you go down an injunction route.

Yes, the management company told me they have instructed CPM not to enforce at my bay. Hopefully I will not have to deal with them anymore.

The management company warned me that if someone parked in my bay, CPM will not enforce. But even CPM issue ticket to that car parked at my bay, they will not remove the car anyway, I'll still to wait before the car leave.

I mentioned in my email to the RTM director that we should review the performance of CPM as there are vehicles in the carpark never have a permit and never parking in a designated space, they seem to have no problem at all.

Just I'm not sure what alternatives we can have beside companies like CPM

Really? What makes you think you need parking management at home that a gate or a cheap job lot of key-lockable bollard posts (and a sign saying 'private land') wouldn't address?

Unless you live next door to a train station or within 10 minutes of an airport or football stadium or busy shopping centre/cinema or night life area, then you are unlikely to suffer from trespassers.

The residents and your legit visitors & traders/couriers are the targets right now and they do NOT need corralling. If it's not a destination of choice for all and sundry then REMOVE ALL PARKING 'MANAGEMENT' (LOL - it's the opposite, you know that!) and you'll never look back.

It's totally unnecessary in most cases to have a PPC or 'permits' at all and - honestly - who cares about 'vehicles without a permit'? That's not the point. No vehicles need a permit!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
