Viewing a Will - Govt Service
Hi, I've used the Probate Service view a will Service and have paid the fee to request a copy of a will. I've so far not received the will and can't find any email or phone contact details to follow this up. The main probate helpline always has a 90min wait time and probably aren't the right people anyway.
Does anyone have contact details you could share?

When did you make the request? I looked up documents for an intestate estate and it took a few days for the email with the information to come through.

It was about 2 weeks ago so I was expecting something by now
