Buying next house with commercial building on the land

Hi everyone,
I am looking at buying our next house, as part of the house there is a commercial building at the bottom where the last owners converted it to a summer house type space. It's quite large and we had the idea of turning it into an AirBnB. Just wondered if anyone knew the costs/things to go through to get it changed to residential? & the process involved.
