Can argos instant voucher be refunded.

Where I work I get access to a website that gives you discounts to different retailers so I bought an argos instant voucher and used it to buy a small outdoor storage shed. When the shed arrived I noticed it was damaged so I contacted argos and they had it collected and refunded the money back to the instant voucher so now I have £225 so can I get this refunded to my debit card as I don't want to buy anything else from argos.

Argos won't buy the voucher back for cash, but you could check the terms of the website you bought it from - don't get your hopes up though!

I don't see you have an entitlement to anything other than what you've had.

Argos sell so much stuff, surely there's something or things you need that you could use the voucher for?

There are sites that facilitate this (if you don't have friend/family to sell to), best known/reviewed is cardyard.

Don't know what discount you got on the original gift card purchase but the exchange sites will typically cost you around 10% of the value to return cash. A gift card value over £150 will need ID verification at cardyard.

Sure you can't just convince yourself you NEED a new mobile phone?
