Multiple "LETTER OF CLAIM'S"
Hello everyone,
So I have a letter of claim (LoC) from DCBlegal
And I also have a 'NOTICE OF DEBT RECOVERY' from DCBL for a separate parking charge.
I also have a Letter of claim from BWlegal - and i didn't reply within 30 days so i'm unsure what to do at this stage.
I'm pretty overwhelmed by all the information in these threads, so I was hoping someone can kindly guide me to what I need to do for each of these.
Thank you so much!

Respond to any LoC by email using the LoC response template in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum
Ignore the powerless debt collectors letters, like DCBL, study post 4 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements

The DCB Ltd £170 threatogram is already in post 4 of the NEWBIES FAQS thread so you'll have seen that picture already when you read that thread first.

Either ignore it or respond on the BW Legal portal using the LBC reply shown in post 2 of the NEWBIES thread.
Any lateness is irrelevant. You could just wait.
We don't need to check it, so please don't copy it here. This is all standard stuff. In the NEWBIES thread already so we don't repeat or link it.

Either email the response template or dont, doesn't really matter at the LoC stage
