Hi, I've been reading the newbies thread and it says a real Letter Before Claim containse a reply form, this one from Moorside legal just has a link to the reply. i know i shouldn't use the rply forms but should i respond to this one in writing with the template letter? Also on the letter they have spelt my name wrong on the address and not mentioned my name on the letter! and its not signed by a person, so i'm wondering

I also received at a week after it was dated if that makes a difference.
