Give that a chargeback is against the card used at time, if you had stopped it after purchase, but before dispute. Then a refund from retailer merchant bank will go to a internal suspense account. Then it will have to be matched off against the refund you bank gave you. 👍

If they refunded it would have been in my account before i raised the dispute. I do not believe they have refunded at all. They only said on Monday after I chased them again, would have got the refund notification on the 29th.
