What can I claim for lost bus tickets after app update made First Bus app unusable?

Thanks for your reply. The inconvenience is also not being able to see live bus times or any of the other app features such as journey planning - however no financial loss except having to buy more expensive tickets. So if it's not reasonable to ask for compensation, fair enough!
I suppose I'll have to wait a while longer and see if they fix the app before I claim anything, so I know exactly what to claim for. It's just frustrating as I'll be spending about an extra £30 per month if this carries on, and even if they do refund me the extra costs later, it still has an impact now.

They did an update in the last few days. Check the play store. This fixed the issue I had with logging in. But they can wear my 1 star review for 6 months as per my policy of rewarding poor service.

It hasn't fixed anything for me unfortunately. I've also left a 1 star review, I feel similarly to you and I feel they should have *some* sort of repercussions for rolling out an update that doesn't seem to have been tested properly.

If this is important to you, there are other public transport apps you can use while First Bus gets their act together.
I use Transit:
It has times and tracking for all my local bus operators, and has worked pretty well wherever else I've gone in the UK and overseas.
