Timing

4. The Promotion starts at 2.00PM (UK time) on 06 May 2026 and closes at 4.00 PM (UK time) on 1 June 2026 (the Promotion Period). Any entries received outside the Promotion Period are automatically disqualified.

Entry limits during the Promotion Period

6. Each participant can enter the Promotion up to the following limits:

1. Online entries: You can enter up to a maximum of 100 (one hundred) times Online. 
2. Free phone entries: You can enter up to a maximum of 116 (one hundred and sixteen) times by calling the phone number provided.

Winners and Prizes 

7. There will be only one (1) winner of the Promotion (the Winner), who will receive the Prize (as defined below).The Winner(s) will be selected at random from all valid entries for this Promotion received during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results.

8. The Prize is a year’s supply of wine from Virgin Wines. A year’s supply means a mixed, all-red or all-white case of 12 (twelve) wines from Virgin Wines, up to the value of £150 (one hundred and fifty pounds) per case, delivered to the winner’s home address every 3 months for one year (4 cases in total).

9. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of the Prize.

Winner Notification and Claiming Prize 

11.The Promoter will randomly select one Participant (from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period by a computer process that produces verifiably random results).

12.The Promoter will notify the selected Participant that they are the Winner by email or phone or using the other contact details provided to the Promoter within ten (10) business days after the end of the Promotion Period.The Winner needs to confirm acceptance of the Prize withinfourteen (14)days of being notified they have won. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their Prize.

13.If a Winner (i) cannot be contacted withinfourteen (14)days or (ii) refuses or is unable to confirm acceptance of the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a new Winner (at random, using a computer process that produces verifiably random results), from the remaining valid entries that were received during the Promotion Period.

14.In the event the selected participant forfeits their chance to win as set out above, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select another Participant at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The same notification and confirmation process will then apply to any re-drawn Participant(s).

15.The Promoter may require the selected Participant to confirm their telephone number when called. The Promoter will not call back on an alternative number. If the selected Participant is unable to confirm their number, or if the Promoter has reason to believe that the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the selected Participant and select another Participant in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

16.Virgin Wines will liaise directly with the Winner via email to arrange delivery of the Prize within a reasonable time and by no later than 28 (twenty eight) days after the Prize has been accepted.

General

17.The Promoter's decision as to the Winner of the Prize is final and binding on the participants. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence with participants in relation to this decision.

18.Unless otherwise stated in the Promotional Materials, this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant Prize. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant Prize (although, if a participant wins, their details may be disclosed to the Prize provider in order to provide them with the Prize).

19.Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter's reasonable opinion is contrary to these Specific Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other participants (including tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or the Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Promotion at the Promoter's sole discretion.

20.The Promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the Promotion or these Specific Terms and Conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

21.The Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by English law. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in either the Northern Irish or the English courts. Nothing affects the mandatory provisions of your local law.
