Advice on private parking fine
hi I appealed the fine as my overstay was due to breastfeeding my toddler as against the equality act but they came back and said it’s not a protected characteristic so I’m unsure whether I have grounds to pursue this please?
Thanks in advance.

Name the private parking company and the location ( more information required. )
Ps, Magistrates issue fines so I don't believe that you have a fine, just a PCN

But you know if you read the Equality Act 2010, that (although obviously it isn't a disability) breastfeeding mothers with babies under 6 months, are protected.
The scammers are lying to you.
Who sent that? Please show a picture of the letter with refs and data redacted.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
