SLOW HOT WATER TAP - HELP!!

My hot water tap in the kitchen is running very slow,the cold water tap is running fine and all the other hot taps in the house are running normal.Can anyone help me please as I dont know where to start.

    I would suggest checking the tap washer as a starting point.
    I find Viagra saves peeing on my shoe.....

    If the other taps are working fine, then chances are that just the one tap is knackered and is not opening properly. Turn the water off then dismantle the tap to check it out.
