Make sure you say GN refused to cancel it and only did a U turn when the landowner complaint was made. Say to the CMA that it is appalling that so many people are having to complain to landowners in order to call off aggressive parking firms who ignore transfers of liability and illegally continue to threaten the registered keeper. The POFA simply doesn't allow that after a driver's name and address is known and operators cannot ignore a driver's valid address abroad just because it's easier to go after a keeper in this country.
