Return Sendo Wear clothing items for full refund

Can anyone tell me how to obtain a returns form from clothing website Sendo Wear. Their website gives a customer service address which you are told to email, requesting a returns form.
So far I have sent six emails with no response. Sendo Wear has a Co. address in Marseille but the phone number on the website is either unobtainable or permanently engaged. I have no idea how to return £200 of clothing, all of which is much too large for me.

I’m wondering whether the Co actually exists or is it a scam?

I can see you have put a trust pilot review - if you check their other one star reviews there are a number of people having returns issues. They are probably China based so very difficult to get your money back directly.

I agree this looks like the usual Far East issue , Sendo appear to be a front/drop shipper and it is likely to expect you to return to the Far East even if they do respond. Returning to the Far East is problematic as it is costly and will never show as delivered anyway.

The usual advice here is to keep on trying to contact them and hopefully they will offer a good will refund gesture to make you go away , some people have managed to get up to 30 %

And here is the clue to support the above opinion:

"You must contact us before initiating a return, as the return address may differ from the original order shipping address."
