HELP PARKING FINE OVER 5YEARS AGO

in Parking tickets, fines & parking

I have received todsy court papers for a parking fine 5years 7 months ago

It was during covid ...the machine wasn't working ...the manager advised it eas OK as Smart Parking where aware..few days later I received a letter from them so I rang explained and eas told NO FURTHER ACTION and there system would be updated.

Today 11th May 2026 I received court papers wanting £354 for the parking..THIS is the FIRST communication since the initial call 5 years 7months ago...I am now disabled have heart and kidney problems suffer with extreme anxiety....please help 😢

    Re the court papers; do you mean N1SDT claim form? What is the date if issue of the form? Can you scan it, redact any personal information and post it here for us to see?
