NOTICE FINE FROM EURO CAR PARK
- **I have been told to start a new thread**
- I recieved £100 Parking Charge Notice.
- This was my first time using this car park, and unfortunately I did not fully understand how the parking system worked. Once I realised how to pay correctly, I paid for the parking immediately. However, I later understood that the parking session only started from the time of payment and could not be backdated to my arrival time.
- According to your letter, the charge was issued because my vehicle overstayed by 38 minutes. I really can't afford it now. I am tight financially. Any advice?

Ignore it, if you can't get the landowner to step in and cancel it. That's 'Plan A' in NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.
Unless they sent the notice late (non-POFA) or this is a lease/hire/company car, there is no independent appeal but nobody pays! Read the MSE Guise as well as the NEWBIES thread.
No links, you already have them in this page.
You will be sent laughable £170 threatograms (see post 4 of the NEWBIES thread for pictures). Ignore those. Do not let any family or household member panic & pay this invoice.
Come back when you get a DCB Legal Claim. So easy! No cost, no CCJ risked.
Parking Claim defences are even simpler than trying a doomed appeal. Once DCB Legal issue a LBC and claim, Euro Car Parks cases are complete doddle to see off and nobody has to 'go' to court because DCB Legal always discontinue.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
