OLIVER BONAS x OLIVER'S TRAVEL COMPETITION Competition details form part of these terms and conditions: 

1. The competition will run between 00:00:01 GMT 30.04.2026 and 23.59 GMT on 18.05.2026. The winner will be contacted on or before 01.06.2026. Unless you have opted in to receive marketing, contact details supplied will only be used for the administration of the competition.

2. Prize draw is open to UK residents over the age of 18, excluding employees of Oliver Bonas & Oliver’s Travels, and their immediate families, its agents or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion (this will be reviewed on a case by case basis). Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Proof of identity and age may be required to verify eligibility of the winner.   

3. Entries to be submitted via the entry form at  https://www.oliverbonas.com/competition

4. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void. 

5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, due to computer error 

6. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. No purchase is necessary. The prizes are as follows: 

a) 5-night stay for up to six guests at Trulli La Pietrina, Puglia, Italy. The prize has no monetary  value, and cannot be sold on or exchanged. This prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Prizes are subject to availability and the prize suppliers’ terms and conditions. This prize is subject to the additional terms set out in section 7.
b) £2,000 Oliver Bonas e-gift card. Oliver Bonas e-gift cards are subject to gift card terms and conditions, as stated on the Oliver Bonas website. We offer no cash alternative to the Gift Card and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. The Gift Card can be used online at www.oliverbonas.com or in any of our stores. 

7. The following terms apply to the villa stay portion of the prize provided by Oliver’s Travels:

a) The prize consists of a 5-night stay for up to six guests at Trulli La Pietrina, Puglia, Italy, courtesy of Oliver’s Travels. Full property details can be viewed here: https://www.oliverstravels.com/italy/puglia/trulli-la-pietrina/
b) The stay must comply with all terms and conditions applicable to the property, as outlined on the property listing page at the time of booking.
c) The prize must be booked by 30 June 2026 and completed by 14 May 2027, subject to availability. The following dates are excluded: June, July, August, and the Christmas/New Year period.
d) If the winner fails to book the prize by 30 June 2026, the prize will be forfeited in full, and the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize or award it to an alternative winner.
e) Bookings must be requested at least six weeks in advance of the preferred departure date and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
f) The prize includes accommodation only. It does not include:

• Flights or transportation
• Travel insurance
• Transfers
• Food, beverages, or additional services
• Any other costs or arrangements not expressly stated

g) The lead guest must be aged 18 or over and will be required to provide valid credit card details prior to travel. A pre-authorisation may be taken for security/damage purposes and will be released subject to a satisfactory property inspection after departure.
h) The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
i) All elements of the prize are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the stated property is unavailable, Oliver’s Travels reserves the right to substitute accommodation of equal or greater value.
j) In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to:

• Substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value; and/or
• Amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion without prior notice

8. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. 

9. Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date stated within the promotional material. 

10. The winners will be contacted by email. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted within 7 days, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, or in the event that the promotion is being judged the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the runner(s)-up selected by the same judges. 

 11. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize. 

12. Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time. 

13. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to this, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from this promotion or acceptance of the prize. 

14. In the event of a discrepancy between standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail. 

15. By entering the competition, you agree to share your name and email address with Oliver Bonas, your data will be retained and covered by our Privacy Policy.  

16. By also signing up to Oliver Bonas marketing, you accept the Oliver Bonas Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time.

19. The Oliver Bonas prize will be sent to the winner via email, after the winner has been contacted and they have confirmed their details. Delivery details will be confirmed after the competition.
