    Ok i sent the questionnaire back through email and have received witness statement back from Civil Enforcement . How do i send my Witness statement ? Cant see how to do it on MCO? Is it just emailed direct to Civil Enforcement ?

    No, its just an early supposedly scary tactic , not part of the standard process

    Yours isn't due for months, to your local civil court, not the CNBC ( and to CEL. )

    Ignore it for now, keep following the 8 steps

    They are winding you up!

    Read any other CEL thread from May/June; happens all the time. Last week I posted a reply to send to the early (scaremongering) template WS.

    Stick with the 8 steps please. Stop believing CEL.
