Warm Home Discount issue - BG Energy

Has anyone else received their Warm Home Discount with British Gas? I thought it would be applied to my energy account as like previous years as I pay by direct debit but they are saying that I have to wait until my next bill which is due end of May and the discount should show on there off my bill for the past three months. The Gov website says everyone should have received their payments by now?

I’m so confused. As I said, normally it’s applied as a credit to my account.

Should I complain to BG or just wait and see? The longer it goes on the more I worry about trying to get it sorted if something does go wrong. Thanks!
