The prize is a two-night stay for two adults and up to two children aged 12 years or under at any Luxury Family Hotels property.

The prize includes one bedroom on a bed and breakfast basis.

The stay is subject to availability and cannot be redeemed during school holidays, bank holidays or between 23 December and 2 January.

Any additional charges incurred during the stay, including food, drinks, spa treatments or other activities, must be settled prior to departure.

Travel to and from the chosen hotel is not included.

The prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the competition closing date.

This is fairly standard for competitions where the prizes are holidays or hotel stays. School holidays are their busiest and most profitable time so they're not going to be giving away prizes for use during them. It's an inconvenience, but that's the way it is.
