You and everyone else in the UK do not have credit scores. It's just made up by the credit reference agencies in what they think, mostly to get you to sign up to some nonsense, and they don't lend money.

All normal finance stuff like loans, credit cards etc would go to the FOS
The telephone/broadband stuff goes to the Communications Ombudsman normally https://www.commsombudsman.org/
