Summary judgment
Just a random musing - has anyone ever made a summary judgment application? For a cut and dried case, such as a double dip, it would be an easy route for costs recovery (and it really would have to be irrefutable).
The application costs £175, and costs are unlimited.
You would have to have engaged with the PPC from the get-go I suspect and demonstrate unreasonableness through your stack of communications, but you could certainly rack up the hours for costs recovery if you had proof of a double dip and they simply refused your evidence.
