Raisin letter
Hi all - I've had letter from raisin to say I've not used them lately, and if I deposit 20,000 I will get a £50 bonus. My question is as this was a letter not email, are they true to their word and when does the £50 happen?
Thanks all

Even if it is genuine though £50 on £20k is not great if you are going to get a poor interest rate. That is definitely something to consider.
Although if there is no tie in period and you can get your £20k back after a day or two and keep the £50 that's less of a concern.

4.5% tied in for year, £50 on top

4.5% plus the £50 which works out as 0.25%=4.75%, which is marginally better than the 4.7% currently topping the 1 year charts, so it seems a reasonable offer to take if you had wanted a 1 year fix for £20k already.
