[SUCCESS] G24 PCN - B&M - Cancelled by the retailer (Plan A)

Hi all,

I am the Registered Keeper of a vehicle that received a PCN from G24 today. I’m looking for advice on the best way to handle this.

The Details:

  • Parking Company: G24 Ltd
  • Location: B&M, Braintree
  • Date of Event: 23/04/2026
  • Date of Issue: 27/04/2026
  • Date Received: 08/05/2026 (Received via 1st class post today)
  • Duration: 1 hour 36 minutes (Permitted stay: 1 hour)

The Evidence:

The driver was shopping at B&M during the stay. We don't have the original paper receipt, but we have a bank statement clearly showing the transaction at the Braintree B&M on that exact date.

What do we do next please?

    Study the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad

    Follow plan A, complain to the retail park management company or landlord or landowner ( or business ) ,or all of them, to get it cancelled due to being a valid customer
