I have an ongoing case with One Parking Solution (OPS) and am confused whether I should appeal via POPLA. The advice in the Newbies forum is not to complain to IAS, however I have appealed unsuccessfully to OPS. I am not sure of the next stage as I am getting conflicting results when searching the web for info if OPS are part of POPLA and whether I should use the POPLA appeals process? I have now received a couple of debt collecting letters, should I l just wait for the LBC?

Popla is not available for IPC AOS members

Wait for the LBC to arrive in the post in the future

Ignore OPS but keep your address updated with them & their debt crawlers if you move house.

    Hi all

After many letters from debt collectors and legal services, I have now received a Before Claim letter with Reply Forms included. Following the Newbies thread, shall I ignore the Reply Forms and just email Oak Legal Service the below? I'm unsure about the need to provide a posted response and the need to send any of the forms back, as the letter states the below:

Is this email response below literally all I need to do and ignore the above about written response?

    thanks in advance

Either reply or don't bother. Up to you.

Oak Legal are ZZPS (same company group) and so far have not sued anyone. However, they are setting up a legal team and we are awaiting their first efforts with bated breath and a stifled laugh!

Please edit the confusing thread title now!
