How to sort out my shower door
hi, i have a shower with curved doors. One of the doors keeps popping out of the track at the bottom every time you try to shut the door ( see pics)
. It feels really loose. I used to have a similar door in the old house and the silver square cover had a button which released it so you could tighten a screw behind it. This solved the issue. This one doesn’t have a button or any obvious way of removing it.
I would be grateful for any advice as to how to remove it to tighten the screw, or is the problem due something else entirely?

Have you looked under the wheel/ runner goes to see if there anything making it pop out.
You may need a small mirror or mobile to see under the track

Do any of the top rollers have this release button?
If you can take the whole door off, you can then examine it properly. Parts are very readily available.

Do you know the make/model of the screen?
Have look on this site as they do have some vids to look at and also spare parts.

is there a rubber tyre around the wheel that has perished?

Often the cover of the section inside the shower, pushes upwards to reveal the screw which holds the 2 halves together, but can be stuck/sticky due to gunge
Various parts available here

We used to have a shower screen like this and I'm sure there was a screw at the top of the panel that is popping off its rails and tightening that screw solved it. If you post a photo of the complete door I can advise further.

Is track dry? Did you get any type of lubricant with it? It might be popping out because it is not free running
Can you put some silicone grease in and reset it?

It just shouldn't pop out, regardless of how sticky. Something has either worn, or moved, or broken.

The bottom runners are probably spring loaded so if you were to want to remove the door to work on it you'd need to press the wheel mechanism at the bottom down to get it out of the track. You'd then lift the top wheels off their runner and the whole door would be able to be removed.
In your case the wheel on the bottom is coming out of its own accord it would seem so you need to explore why that is. Might be there's something causing it to "derail" or might be it needs adjusting. There might be a sliding chrome cover that will reveal the screw that holds it to the door.
