25£ Amazon voucher for TSB account switch
Hi, I opened my TSB account on 29/01 and the switch on 6/02/2026. Still not received the voucher. When I registered my details, I received an email from no-reply@giftcloud.com. Who should I contact about the missing voucher, supposed to be received within 90 days?

What do the T&Cs say? Normally with these promotions there's a form you can fill out if you haven't received your claim email within the specified time, in your case 90 days.

I also switched banks and the only bit of info I could find said I would get my voucher after so many days - which took us to now. I spoke to TSB today who said I should go through whoever’s link I used to initiate the switch which would have been MSE. I have no idea what to do next. Any help greatly appreciated.

This offer was run by GiftCloud, when you clicked through from the MSE link you would have been taken to GiftCloud, there you registered for the gift card by providing your email address, and then on to TSB.
Without a set of T&Cs to refer to, the usual procedure is to contact GiftCloud. Did you get a confirmation email from GiftCloud (no-reply@giftcloud.com) when you registered your details or anytime since you registered with them?

I had a similar issue with the £25 TSB voucher for opening a Spend and Save account. There is some good advice on this thread.
I also screenshot everything when doing these voucher deals, as invariably, they never arrive and complaints have to raised. Here is a copy of the terms and conditions for reference. I doubt they will be different for yours. Note the relevant email is in point 12.

Those T & Cs wouldnt attract me. You have to jump through so many hoops and it's easy to make a mistake all for the princely sum of £25.....I wouldn't bother.

Thanks for all your help, I will send an email but expect nothing, and you are quite right about not bothering!

Thanks! I received the same email when I signed up. I filled out a form but they still have not replied.
