Morning all, thanks for today's start @Gers, have a safe and pleasant journey.

Currently it's sunny, no breeze to speak of, and feeling a tad milder but this afternoon is forecast for sunny intervals peppered with rain. It's certainly good weather for dandelions - they seem to be everywhere!

I had a sleepy start this morning when Royal Mail came early doors for a parcel collection so have put the time to good use by putting on a quick wash - hopefully it will dry outside before the promised rain arrives. In a minute I'll give the inside of the fridge a clean in readiness for a small grocery delivery that's due at lunchtime. All P&C apart from one (acceptable) sub. After that I'll get on with the Friday admin and next week's meal plan. Tonight's tea is h/m salmon fishcakes with chunky oven chips and sweetcorn. So, a day of the same old, same old!

@Ruby - Nice as the family may be, I'd be wary of that job too and I hope something more suitable turns up soon.
