I have had notifications from experian for years and they basically said nothing - today I get one that says I have a "settled account" - means absolutely nothing to me and I can't find out any more info .
Does anyone know how you find out what this is?

Get a copy of your credit report and you should find something that has been paid off or a debt that has been bought by a third party
