D81 FORM
My soon to be ex has lied on his consent order and is refusing to add the assets of the marriage that total 45k , he has a share of a 2nd property which he has disclosed. He threating me that he will draw the 2nd home and call it " inheritance " ( family member still on this planet ) hes also treating that i will get far less if I contine in refusing the form , which I have pointed out is false and comes with consequences.
Hes has been asked for his upto date AVC and the values of the marital assets , stilupid thing I have then sat at the marital home . I dont have capital and can't afford a long drawn out legal battle , the D81 give him 67k in his favour
