PCN payment failure
I recently got a PCN. Felt very unjust given circumstances but my representation got turned down. Decided best to pay the £80. However appears my online payment never reached the Council and now have a Charge Certificate for £240. Checked with my bank and they confirmed they authorised my payment. I'd not realised payment had not gone through. Really stuck as to what to do now! It's a huge payment. Can't get through to anyone at council to get a bit of leniency. Anyone got any advice?

As its a council matter, I strongly recommend that you post your query over on the FTLA parking forum website after reading their posting requirements first
