Claim form from Civil National Business Centre

WhatsApp Image 2026-05-05 at 10.11.10 (1).jpeg WhatsApp Image 2026-05-05 at 10.11.10.jpeg

Hi all,

My wife has received this letter from the Civil National Business Centre for a parking fine dating back to 2024.

We haven't engaged with any previous correspondance.

This seems like a legit organisation linked to the courts so I feel like i need to engage with this?

Any advice appreciated on the appropriate next steps. Sure there is advice somewhere in the forum but haven't been able to find it through searching

Thanks in advance

    Parking charge, not a fine

You dont do anything, your wife does, as the defendant

In house claim form by CEL, no breach pleaded

Study the 2nd post in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad then study the first 2 posts in the defence template thread in announcements too ( no idea how you missed them both. )

Post the Issue date from the top right of the claim form below

Get your wife to login to her government gateway account and complete the AOS online stage on MCOL ( no paperwork. )

Use the Chan and Akande defence template, she copies and pastes it into the defence box, save it and submit it

You can assist her, with our help but you are a stranger to the claim, same as me

Tell us the date of issue of the claim form (you have redacted it for some reason) and we can give you some deadlines.

"Use the Chan and Akande defence template, she copies and pastes it into the defence box, save it and submit it "

It really is that simple. Copy & paste from the defence especially for CEL in-house claims where the breach isn't pleaded.

    See the Template Defence thread.
