Octopus App not tracking IOG cheap rates
hi. Anyone else seeing the same issue? Since April 29th all usage appears at peak rate, though I can see (via Insights) and Octopus confirmed, that cheap rates are being applied. Therefore it looks like the app has an issue though Octopus don’t seem able to help. I’ve been using the app for over a year on IOG and it may typically take 24 hours to catch This is so excessive it seems like a problem.
Any thoughts or feedback?

Sorry, I can't help; in 18 months on IOG I've never been able to get an IOG cost estimate from the Octopus app!

It doesn't work if you have an Ohme charger. It does with Zappi though.

I found that if the car charged outside of the 11.30-5.30am times it showed as at peak rate on the app but the bill was correct.

Frustrating . Had been working fine until then (zappi charger). Reluctant to reinstall in case I have problems connecting to the charger again. I’ll try octopus help at the end of the week it it doesn’t resolve itself.

Luckily we don't have an API compatible EV so we use only the Ohme app. We ignore the estimate and check the cost against the Octopus itemised bill each month.

Same issue here, it may just be that the bank holiday has caused a delay, but that excuse will fade away by tomorrow…

I have this issue too, and I have a Zappi charger. I had it for one day in early April too. I contacted Octopus, who told me that it would be correct when my bill was issued, and the bill was indeed right. So I guess we just have to wait for our bills, but it is annoying.

Mine is showing correct in Octopus app.
OHME chargers app, always shows wrong price. Till you unplug car & go into View sessions, then you get the correct price.

update. All working fine from yesterday morning. So just an excessive delay for some reason. Everyone stand down 😀
